The NSAC's testing procedures for PED's are a joke as outlined by the likes of Dr Caitlin and doctors from other testing agencies. So reallly the NSAC has no credibility at all.

It has alredy been discussed at length that a blood test 24 or 30 days prior and one after the fight is worthless and supported by expert testimony from such figures as Dr Caitlin.

Negative tests from the NSAC are not proof Pac is clean. The reason is simple.....it's hard enough to catch dopers with even the strictest testing measures in place......whereas you could figuratively drive a truch through the NSAC's testing measures.

Pac is innocent until proven guilty.....sure, i agree....but how do we expect to catch any boxer who is doping with the procedures the sport has in place.....especially on who flatly refused random blood testing and turned down $50 million to that effect.

Wether you are a Pac fan or a floyd fan, or whoever you follow.......one thing you cannot argue against is the ineffectual systems boxing has in place to catch dopers.

I don't care what Mayweathers intention was when he asked for random testing and exposed boxing's PED testing procedures as a joke.....I'm glad he did it......because eventually it will lead to an improved system in this sport....and that is not something that any boxing fan should be against!

yea that 10 mil demand is crazy, random testing is not. Floyd not turning down the fight considering that crazy demand tells you he really wants the fight. pbf never thought pac would turn the fight down over random testing. truth is floyd is hated cause of his character, therefore, everyone demonizes him for sneezing..pbf is an *******..yes but come on..any rational thinker know this fight was not made cause pac is definately hiding something..that something is two possibilities...fear of pbf boxing circles around him or his steroid usage.

People actually hate Floyd with a passion.....i mean they would literally rejoice in happiness if he were to meet his end in a fatal accident.....i mean clowns all over the internet from writes to bloggers are using his request for Random Testing as a smoking gun he "ducked" Pac.......give me a break....how would he have any idea Pac would act like a little ***** and flatly refuse???

If Pac agreed and Floyd beat him....Pac fans would actually use it as an excuse as to why their man lost......its just unbelievable......I mean seriously....why do they even think floyd unretired???.....It wasn't so he can make what he termed "gym shoe money" by fighting guys who would make him less than $10mil......Floyd would nevr pass on a $50 mil payday

Now your telling me for the good of sports/boxing that a man getting 40 million cant show great sportsmanship by taking random test? I wonder where your dumbass would be on this if it were Pacroid wanting Floyd to test? I think I know. He looks suspect because a feather-wt champion (let lone a fly-wt) has NEVER knocked out a welter-wt champion for the welter-wt title. It's not normal dumbass! You must be a **** with Pacroid posters all over your bedroom or something.
First of all, I needed to get an HBO translator because your English is absurd. Second of all, you still have no proof that Pac is on anything. No one does. You are merely a sheep amongst a herd of nuthuggers.

So let's use your dumbass analogy shall we.

              METAL detectors at school.

A school with no history of violence needs not violate the civil rights of their students by applying metal detectors that not only ignorantly allocate the school's funds, put fear in the hearts of parents for no apparent reason, and subject their students to unnecessary processes placing su****ion amongst the students as to who and what crowd maybe concealing a weapon, when it is clearly uncalled for.

Now, a school, with a crime rate similar to that of Gotham City, where the students are not merely suspected of possession, but blatantly use and present their weapons to other students, use violence as a way of getting what they want, with a history of gang violence, fights, drug trafficking, etc., it becomes a necessity to enforce metal detectors.

You will always have the fluke. The so-called "model school" that has one incident of an emotional teenager running in with a ******* and shooting the everyone he sees. If we were to place a metal detector in the anticipation of such an event, we should place it in every school. By then, we have become a country of fear. Might as well not allow planes in our skies, with the idea that every plane may be used as a weapon of terrorism.

              Please. Dumb-down the theatrics.

Pacquiao is the school without the history. Thus, why enforce a rule that is baseless to begin with?

              Then you say:

"He looks suspect because a feather-wt champion (let lone a fly-wt) has NEVER knocked out a welter-wt champion for the welter-wt title. It's not normal dumbass!"

He didn't knock out Cotto as a flyweight. Pacquiao climbed up the divisions, with his power and speed along side, and simple found a way to beat an ELITE fighter in Miguel Cotto.

Every boxing fan, analyst, and sports writer knows Pacquiao has always had power and speed. Bringing them along was merely a consequence of hard work, hard work, and hard work.

Lebron James should not be as fast nor should he be able to jump as high for his height. Yet, he, himself, is a unique physical specimen.

There is always an exception to the NORM. You don't assume someone is a cheater because his accomplishments are beyond normal.

Again, I ask that you prove me wrong. Find me an article that fully discloses the e-mail that Atlas was speaking of. Find me an article that links BALCO to Ariza. Find me an intelligent article, by a boxing expert, that suggests Pac is on PEDs, based on facts and not assumptions or the argument that "Pac shouldn't be able to do what he is doing."

Then come talk to me. I'm a college graduate, in medical school, with several degrees under my belt. However, I've had the same strenuous experiences applying for laboratory testing companies.

As a full-time custodian, I'm sure you've seen sht before. So do what you do best and wipe it off your face.

              Cause I'm all done.

Good post. From a boxing fan to a Mayweather fan, I agree with most of your valid points. Moreove, I'm glad that we remain in the context of "innocent until proven guilty." As a Pacquiao fan as well, I can't honestly say that I am 100% certain that Pacquiao is clean. But until it is proven that he isn't I will assume he is.

What I don't agree with, and you don't have to reply, because we've been at it for a while now check hook, is the idea that his refusal to take the random tests under Mayweather's conditions suggests his guilt. I can see how a lot of people can see it that way. Because I for one, would not turn down 40 million dollars and a chance to beat Floyd's face in for, as the ignorant idiots say, "a few drops of blood."

Maybe it's more than that to Pacquiao. Pride. Standing your ground. Respect. Or maybe, just maybe, he is trying to hide something. But Pac has shown no history, physical as far as drug tests, or verbal as far as "trash talking" that he lacks any integrity as a human being.

Give him the benefit of the doubt.

I mean, its easy to hate Floyd. He gives you reason to and I'm sure he loves the attention. I like Floyd as a fighter, never as a person. But Pacquiao does what he does, without the theatrics of a Floyd Mayweather.

So until I see it on ESPN, CNN, MSNBC, that there is legitimate, uninfluenced proof that Pacuiao is on PED's.

The man remains innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Nevertheless, good post check hook, unlike the other Mayweather juice-sippers in this forum.

You know what? Through everyting I'm kind of happy the fight didn't
materialize between Pac and Floyd because Clottey got his opportunity
and Mosley may get his. Two guys who deserve a big money payday.
If Floyd/Pac is meant to be then it will happen. All I have to say is that
if Pac expect Floyd to accept his request then Pac should be willing to
accept his. Didn't have nothing to do with anything personal because in
this sport and any other sport it's business. With that much money on
the table there shouldn't have been any issues making the fight happen
but again it is what it is and two hard working fighters stumbled upon
a big opportuity through misfortune. Hope Clottey is ready for Pac
because he is a big underdog. I was watching the Mosley/Margarito
fight again and when/if Floyd fights Shane, Floyd's best bet would
not to sit on the ropes because Mosely was hitting Margarito with
atom bombs. Anyway looking forward to this year in Boxing to see
                    what it do.
