How dare Roach talk about bravery? Pacquiao always require his opponents get drained to fight him. He got Oscar and Cotto to fight at 145, and that's not bravery. That's cheating. The only fighter he didn't drain is Marquez who arguably beat him twice. I am not surprised that he prefers to fight a 147 when he fights a bull-like Clottey. I would love to see him fight Mayweather or Mosley, fighters who don't fight like bulls, instead a come-forward bull-like Clottey. Boxing has been reduced to pick and choose opponents and we can never know who is the best because the so-called top fighter never fight each other. Pacquiao would never fight Margarito or Williams either. It takes quality fighters like Mosley to make boxing exciting because they don't mind fighting anyone before them. I wonder why it is taking this long to make the Mosley-Mayweather fight. Is Mayweather having a second thought?

Great observation...Some people assume that the only reason that PBF beat JMM was because he was bigger or maybe stronger???

The beating that JMM took was an absolute boxing lesson and had zero to do with weight...In much the same manner that PBF gave ODLH a boxing lesson when they fought at JR Middleweight - A fight which PBF weighed 152 for the 154lb fight and Oscar came into the fight substatially outweighing him.

and PBF has been out weighed by a lot of the fighters he's faced.

Oscar straight up got tired in that fight with Floyd jr.Yeh,it looks like a boxing lesson when the other guy stands in front of you not throwing punches or moving his legs.Wasn't a boxing lesson for the first six or so rounds.The man(Oscar) was past his best and got tired.I have never seen Mayweather so puffed up or with a bloodied nose in a fight before Oscar.Give the man credit.****! Floyd jr vs Oscar in 99,now theres a fight!.
I give Money props for taking De La Hoya on at 154lbs though.

Both Clottey and Mosely are good fighters... If Floyd beats Mosely it will not make him p4p #1. Only beating Pacquiao is. Beating CLottey won't do much for Pacquiao either. It isn't going to make him any better in peoples eyes.

Ultimately no one will prove one is better then the other if they fight these opponents. That can only happen when they fight.

Margocheato wasnt even in there in the Mosley fight. Margocheato was acting like a guy who knows who going to be fired so he wasnt 100%..

I still think Cotto could beat Mosley and Mayweather still..

Cotto is finished. He is damaged goods. He will never fight a top welter again....he will fight guys like Foreman from here on out.

You will not see Cotto matched up against a dangerous fighter ever again. He will likely retire after the Foreman fight.
