He will never return to his best because he won't be able to use cement (plaster of Paris) anymore. The period of plaster is gone. He is zero without it, you all know that. His best was all about plaster, without it he is nothing at all.

where is the 100% proof he ever used it ?
i just heard he got caught when he was gonna use it against mosley.
im not saying that makes im an angel, but dont forget every1 is forgiving mosley, why not margarito, especially when its still not proven he used it against cotto &co

Pac is too fast and too busy for him

I'm not saying that being on the "juice" is ok but there is a difference here. What Margacheato did can basically be described as assault with a deadly weapon. I am surprised that he didn't do any jail time like that guy Resto did back in the days. I find it hard to believe that anyone would think that the Mosely fight was the first time he "tried" to use the plaster. This guy totally ruined Cotto's career by beating him down for 11 rounds with cement hands. Cotto hasn't been the same since. Margacheato should never be allowed to fight again!

Margarito does not deserved to fight Pac, floyd, or any fighter for that matter. Maybe, just maybe, he needs to start from scratch and prove to the boxing world that he is a reformed warrior. He also needs to do a sincere "mea culpa"

The other thing is Margarito is the same height as Yuri Foreman, so if he fought Margarito his reason for not fighting Foreman would be invalidated.

Nope, i think it's more on money matters more than the physical disadvantage for manny, i guess they were also looking at clottey at that same moment, and clottey got the nod over foreman for the obvious reason that clottey brings more ticket sales than yuri..
