Well Alfaro is the gauge, not unnatural for a Mexican legend like Morales to want to end his career on a high note.
Reason I'm not worried is although Marquez is a top-tier guy, he's not much fresher than Morales in my eyes. Marquez isn't a pressure fighter, he's not a slick fighter, and he's not a devastating puncher besides. Those are what I'd worry about Morales fighting at this point, Marquez i think stylistically allows Morales to make the most use of what he has left.
If his showing against Alfaro is bad then hopefully he can walk away with a gimme farewell fight a la Chavez.
