Why would they hold in Manchester over Haye's home town of London? If Ruiz has any fans at all they are more than likely going to be located in that melting pot as well....

Haye said on his Twitter it will be 1pm, should be on Sky Sports News then. I read the other day that the 02 in London is unavailable for the date they want the fight.
