Right now I think Morales would whup his ass, Gamboa has great power and athleticism, but he's pretty much untested against top level competition and he tends to drop his guard down a lot.

He would absolutely school Gamboa. Pac was the same kind of athletic monster Gamboa is but he was too wild and Morales beat him. Gamboa is not even on that Pacquiao's level, Morales would destroy him.

Gamboa is too green at the moment to compare to an ATG like Erik. Let's give it some time before we make these kind of comparisons. Gamboa has all the tools to become great but his resume is lacking at the moment to draw comparisons to guys like EM.
