I cant see this fight happening to be honest. When Floyd beats Mosley and PAcquiao beats Clottey, it will be mayweather vs pacquiao. I think whoever wins that fight may aswell retire as the best P4P. Maybe the loser will continue to fight, time will tell

If Cotto goes up to 154 I don't know about him coming back down. Maybe Floyd could go up again but I have a feeling Arum would make things tough. I think Berto would likely be a welter that they would be able to make a fight with down the line.
