Is there a danger of Mosley being stripped of title?
We know what the WBA are like and it will be more than a year that he hasn't defended his title, would they strip him of it or will they take into consideration Berto's circumstances and the others ducking him?

They wont strip him...hes in the clear. Plus SSm dont care to much for titles anyway.
I doubt it. Plus there are already 2 other WBA champs at WW, lol. Shane is the super champ. I also remember Clottey being his #1 mando a while back. There was an article on this site about it

They may have fought but HBO didn't like the December 26th date in the end.

No because he's the WBA' "super" welterweight champion. That Russian guy is the "regular" WBA champion. As the super champion Mosley gets a lot more time to actual make a defense.
