I always found it really sickening because Arum started this whole Mayweather campaign of being an coward and ****... nobody said anything before that... and when negotiations fail or Mayweather is fighting not an TopRank guy he is a coward... what so funny is... that he started this campaign and then he recalls his own campaign as truth... it's weird...

It's the same if Mayweather Senior says NOW Pacquiao is on roids and backs it up through his own campaign that he started a few months back... because he said that Pacquiao was on roids... it's crazy... it's Bob Arum...

But of course is Arum and he is a nice man and couldn't lie *loooooooooooooooool*
All I am trying to do in this thread is post facts, and if you are one who disagrees with these facts please free to posted the facts thatproved me wrong.
    that is all

His expectations are in the stratosphere.

what the hell was Bob thinking???? U see my friends, this is why arum is so angry. he was so wrong about 20M not being there and he really undervalued Floyd's worth and he is pissed for being a douce bag. he blew it and Floyd showed him up!
Yeah Arum, is a very bitter dude...however he is also very smart.
He has fooled most of the boxing public that Mayweather ducked margarito based on fear.

Well-laid out argument Horus and I completely agree with you. No-one has been able to legitimately debunk the points you made. No way he ducked Margarito out of fear, it was just the way the cookie crumbled. Of course he's going to take 25 million to fight De La Hoya and later 20 million to fight Hatton. If Paul Williams could get Floyd 25 million, he'd fight him too.

Horus, normally I am wit you bro but this is some straight BS.

In your heart of hearts, you know Mayweather wouldn't fight Margarito. Not a good match up. Margarito was a draw at the time, Mayweather could have accepted. The problem? Margarito was the most dangerous man at 147 at the time. Not only that, Mayweather's style is at a disadvantage against Margarito's.

And Horus, you know I am a Mayweather fan so it's not like I'm hatin on him. I'm just tellin the unbiased truth.

What mosley is, is the flavor of the month. And once he is beaten there will be a new flavor of the month.

So on and so on. I find it interesting that so called boxing fans would punish floyd for not fighting a guy who tested positive for steroids, turned floyd down on 2 occasions, and is 48 years old.

Do your thing man, but real boxing know the difference between perception and reality. It is the so called boxing fans who get the lines blured.
the same allegations of the mayweathers on pac using roids...... U need facts so now u must crusade pac's innocence if u really cling on facts..

Floyd Mayweather would never fight Williams, Margarito or Mosely for any amount of money.

All i have to say is thanks for posting the real facts to one of the most widely repeated misconceptions in boxing. Its funny that people who hate Mayweather refuse to read the facts and statements made by Arum which clearly states the reasons why Mayweather vs Margorito did not happen and it had nothing to do with him being afraid of Margorito at all. The article also highlights the reason why he has so much animosity towards Mayweathers success without him. Great post.
