Golota is documented to have suffered nearly all those symptons prior to, and after the Lewis fight. The doctor who hit his vein with the Lidocaine in my opinion did it on purpose. Golota sued the doctor for 25$ million, they settled out of court, where Golota was awared 950,000 for malpractice. I am curious to know who represented that ******* "doctor" in the lawsuit.
Hypothetically, even if Golota was not injected with an improper dose of Lidocaine and lost the way he did, it still does not compare to Liston's dive vs Clay in the second fight. Considering that fight was for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship, and Liston performance in taking the dive was absolutely pathetic, I will post a link so you can all see and gaze in disgust momentarily.
