Khan wants so bad to be a star in America...it's not going to happen. Hardcore fans don't respect fighters like him.

I see what you mean, and to take it a bit further; I would say that Amir implying that a Promotional outfit is the way to achieve elite status is indicative of that which the "Hard core" fans dont respect, I think he speaks truthfully to the media with no measure as to the implications of his words.
I for one hope he has a good career and gives us some good fights, however, this atitude of his which seems like a --"I am a product with apeal and that is what is necessary to become elite" -- atitude is better served in other sports like golf, basketball or baseball, the difference being that, in those sports, you may eventually have to face other elite figures because you may be part of the tour or federation, in boxing however and unfortunately it is posible to go to the top without having to prove yourself against true danger, im not saying that amir will do that but Golden Boy would.

Whoever called Khan a ***** is a Class A idiot. That said ***** could beat the **** out of you without taking breath. There is nothing worse than a fat, armchair fan who has never boxed in his life, comment on talented warriors like Amir Khan.

Yes its sad that he belives that having a big known promoter from America behind will make him into a star when in reality all he needs are his skills... Promoters bring the fights, trainers and hard work in the gym build the star, but I do believe he'll be a star in America just like how Prince was back in the day, maybe not a HUGH star but he'll have a decent fan base, all he has to do is fight the fights the fans want to see and he'll do fine, I admit he has skills but his chin is whats gonna be his downfall...

Kahn is plain and simply OVERRATED... I can't wait to see him get exposed and bi*ched all around Vegas.

As far as Ricky Hatton... give homeboy a chance to bounce back. This is the guy who defeated everyone he ever faced in dramatic fashion with the exception of the two best fighters of the last decade, ***one who was possibly juicing

I can see where Khan's coming from but I think it's a challenge for Hatton to avenge his loss he said he was overtraining and peaked 3 weeks early .If he was overtraining that could have a big effect on the chin I think .Plus look what he done to Malignaggi after Mayweather .
                    signs of overtraining
                    1. Lack of coordination and decreases in sport performance.
                    2. Elevated resting heart rate when you wake up in the morning.
                    3. Chronic fatigue--feeling tired and sluggish for long periods of time.
                    4. Losing enthusiasm for working out--feeling depressed or indifferent about training.
                    5. More frequent muscle soreness and joint stiffness that last increasingly longer.
                    6. Inability to sleep regularly.
                    7. Loss of appetite.
                    8 . Heavy legs
