    Roy Jones VS Tarver/Johnson

I kno we have all read that article about Roy Jones possibly fighting the winner of this fight. Now who would win and why. I personaly think that Roy will only win if he wants it bad enough, which by now I think he might. If he comes in like he did against Johnson, its gonna be annother KO loss, I dont wanna see this happen. I really hope if he comes back he is serious and trains his ass off and knocks these clowns out like he shoulda the 1st time, they are not on his level of skill even at this stage. Sorry if something like this was already posted.

at this point roy jones has a chance to beat tarver because tarver does not punch that much....johnsons style will give roy jones problems because he has pretty good stamina and a good chin and throws plenty of punches

I agree, but its just sad because every fighter ends up like this, Roy would have won 10 outta 12 rounds against either of them if the fight happened before the Ruiz fight. Probally even KOing them. Just sux to see such a talented fighter struggle. But then again how can i say he struggled with them, he didnt even look like he was trying to win the Johnson fight, and Tarver KOed him with a perfect punch which woulda probally KOed anyone in the division. Just hope he comes back with the intent to win fights and do it the way the old Roy woulda done.

Jones would just get dominated by both Tarver/Johnson again. The only way he has a chance of beating either is if he:

1.Learns how to keep his guard up at all times....No lazy left guard at the waist,he doesn't have the reflexes anymore to get away with it.

2.Developes and uses his jab more.

3.Improves his footwork.Got caught flatfooted in his two KO losses,so he needs to keep his feet moving.
