Also, if Shane came out and accepted a 90/10 split, Mayweather-Mosley would have been announced a day later as well.

The funny part is, Floyd/Shane will be announces in the upcoming weeks, proving Michael Marley to be nothing but an ass eating prison *****, while Duckquiao will continue to run and hide and make excuses about the men that he is cheating on Jinkee with.

I think it's obvious that Arum started talking to other opponents as soon as the Mayweather fight went sour, but they were looking at Yuri Foreman and Malignaggi. Clottey didn't come up until Manny refused the Foreman fight.
According to all reports Mayweather and Mosley have agreed on the split and the blood testing and that negotiations are going well. I'm sure the only hold up is the actual timing of the fight, May 1st or May 8th.
I was just pointing out that Pacquiao-Clottey got put together in 2 weeks when someone said it didn't. Plus, there's still time to put Mayweather-Mosley in the same timeframe. We only found out the Berto fight was off last Sunday.
