      That argument fails everytime.

Mayweather was willing to do blood testing any time leading up to the fight

Pacquiao doesn't want to be tested even 14 days prior.

        yeah that's all good.

but i deal in realities not ****** pipe dreams.

once boxing can get an international commission or even a u.s. national commission then we can talk about it.

LOl ooohhh buuuuurnnn. What are you, ****ing twelve years old?

Idiot, this might be hard for you to comprehend, but the burden of proof is in if he is using steroids. And all his tests have come up negative. So it's pretty much assumed that he isn't on the juice.

And LOL at these ****s now discrediting Clottey and Margarito being tailor made for Manny like he's already beaten both of them and they already need a ****ing excuse. Should he come back down and fight Juan Diaz? Remember when he would be the one to have beaten Manny? That seems to have been a favorite pac hater topic a while ago on how he ducked the whole light weight division, LOL

****ing idiots, this fight with Clottey gets made, and Sugar Shane and Floyd gets made, then it's the top welterweights fighting each other. Boxing fans should be glad that Floyd is actually contributing this time - Have the winners fight each other and it would be huuuuge for boxing.

the burden of proof is only blood testing and random theres no other way. these new roids disappear so quickly its undetecable. 40 million bones is 40 million proof samples.

braddman, how in the hell can he prove it, if Pac will not take the random tests? You sound like an idiot to me dude. Here is a link of a fighter that did take random tests before his scheduled championship fight and he got caught in training and will not fight for the championship.

Spanish boxer Pablo Navascues has lost his chance of fighting Sebastian Sylvester for the IBF middleweight title after failing a doping test during training.

In order to get caught "one must first be willing to take tests" let that be a lesson for you in the future before you start defending someone!

Don Flamenco, the only idiots that I see on this site are the *******s like you and braddman and many more. Check this link out of a fighter who did get tested randomly; therefore he got caught and will not fight for a title.

Spanish boxer Pablo Navascues has lost his chance of fighting Sebastian Sylvester for the IBF middleweight title after failing a doping test during training.

P.S. Manny and company aren't dumb enough to let him get tested because without the PEDs Mayweather taxes his ass! Manny knows it, Arum knows, Roach knows it and certainly Ariza knows it. Also, I am a grown man so don't come back with are you 12 or what bull!!!!

assumption is the mother of all fk ups and when u assume u make an ass out of u and me. Erase the assumption and lets do the blood test random. The truth will set u free and thats all that matters.

                    A cheat is a cheat

I can't believe this ****** lying cheat is getting away without having to submit randoms or fight an American.

This guy is puss. I guess Margarito is next for this scumbag.

I will never respect this NWO puppet.

If you have seen his video of his first workout at WCG this week, you'll notice that the guy has been in great shape. Pacman was hitting the mitts very hard as though hes already been training for several weeks already. The guy's already sharp.
