I agree, their demand for 14 day pre-testing is no different from Pac Team`s 24 day pre-testing offer since random testing was waived. If steroids were to be used it can be used 24 or 14 days before.

Know your facts before you post. The only reason why Floyd offered Manny Pacquiao that 14 days request was because Manny and his team didn't agreed to take the test randomly. He gave them nine more days because Roach said he would only needed 5 days for Manny to recovered. Yes, 14, 24, 30, and 5 days are all useless if the test is not random.
