I don't exactly agree with you. I've only seen Foreman once, in his recent title winning fight.
But he struck me as being an excellent boxer, with very fast hands and feet, and also with a good chin. AND...he's unbeaten. I've seen letters by posters who have written that Foreman is very slow. I just don't know where they got that from; a technically sound boxer like Foreman, without a a KO punch, has be be better than average, in the other attributes to make up for lack of power.
So, even allowing for Cotto's better resume, I think it's pretty much of a 50-50 fight.
