Gamboa is Pac but Lopez is Mayweather

IMO, if Juanma catches Gamboa with a couple of clean shots every other round he'll either win a wide UD or win by KO.
People are impressed by Gamboa's last two wins.. watch his other fights guys.

Why would you compare Lopez to Mayweather?

Mayweather has never been hurt or buckled like Lopez has.

Mayweather's defense > Lopez's.

Im not speaking of his D. Im just speaking of his overall patience in the ring, takes his time, picks his spots, and is very good with every punch. I think both Gamboa & Lopez give there chin up to much. I dont like it when guys fight like that when you can watch & tell that if this dude catches him then he's going down. Both of them fight that way and that has to stop but I think being a Southpaw is a huge advantage and I think the kid knows how to box

I still think Lopez is too much for him. Everyone loves the spectacular but Lopez is a master boxer/surgeon. I also think that CC is Mosley so I would like to see him in the mix. Just like we say that Mayweather vs Pac or Mosley is the bigger fight but Mosley-Pac is the far more exciting, I also feel that CC-Gamboa is the most exciting. I say have that fight 1st and the winner meets Lopez but I know that wont happened.

It will probably be Lopez-Gamboa with the winner meeting CC hopefully but I think Lopez like Mayweather, is the best of the trio. Gamboa like Pac will always look more spectacular so everyone will always pick him to win but the master boxer is going to win. Gamboa has crazy boxing skills also but Lopez is pure with his **** and he's a rangy Southpaw. Hard to beat if he's on his game. The problem is that he looks like he's getting shaky after 5 rounds now so he probably needs to soon move up

The only fight I missed was Lopez-Mtagwa so IDK how he fought in that fight but its very evident from this thread that I think Lopez is a much better pure boxer than the rest of you do. I think he's a beast and I would pick him all day over Gamboa. I think he's going to drop him a couple of times too if not worst

Yeah, DLT. You're stretching it a bit. I honestly think Lopez will be in lots of trouble against Yuri if they ever meet.

Lopez is a good fighter but he'll have to rely on a great jab if he expects to beat Gamboa.
