No it's not Paris, Arc de Triomph looks different to that, it's Marble Arch, London I'm sure.

Looks kinda like the arch in Washington Square Park in NY.

But I don't think that's where he is in that picture.

It's london he fought Randy Turpin in 1951..you can also see on the car it says GB =Great brittain.
