    Devon Alexander-Explain Him

I haven't really heard much about him. He's young, and up and coming. Haven't seen him fight, but I know some rank him high in JWW.

Someone explain him to me. Is he up to par with guys like Khan, and Bradley?

He is the only man to stop Witter.

Devon Alexander is a great boxer. He is fast and has good head/foot movement. HE fought Junior Witter for the WBC 140lbs belt and absolutley dominated. Alexander had too much speed and skills for him. He hs a fight with Urango in March, for to Unify the WBC/IBF belts. I think that he will beat Urango and target guys like khan, bradley.

Cool. I'll keep my eye on him. See what he's about.

I couldn't find any fight footage on YT. Anyone got any?

I will say that i am a fan of his. The man has got skill. If you were to rank the JWW's, it'd be Bradley, Followed by Both Khan and Dev. Then would come Urango.

Devon is good but Bradley and Amir have better skills. We will see how good Devon really is after the Juan Urango fight. if he dominates or stops him he should be considered the real deal and a force to reckon with in the 140 division.

The guy is a very well schooled southpaw who works behind a good jab and throws good combinations. Not the biggest puncher but he did manage to stun the normally good chinned Witter which might indicate he's a better puncher than his record suggests. Unfortunately he's promoted by Don King which means he isn't getting the exposure and TV dates that he should be getting.

khan is a good fighter but i think he is overrated by alot of people, he doesn't have skills. in fact for a fighter with his style his skills and overall boxing IQ is a little lower than it should be however having said that since he has joined forces with roach he has got alot better. if he keeps up his current rate of development i can see him developing.

from what i can see dev is the much more highly skilled fighter and imo woll go onto achieve more in the sport.

neither is ready for bradders just yet.
