Reyes Gloves, Skills or Blood Test?: Why did Pac "REALLY" lose to Morales?

After this fight I remember Manny making excuses that he lost to Morales in their first fight because he couldn't wear his "Reyes PUNCHER" gloves, but many people said it was because Morales just outboxed him. Now in 2009/2010 the reason is because he had to take a blood test before the fight and it made him weak.......


This is a picture of Pac's cut that he suffered in the 1st fight.....If I am not mistaken the cut was caused by an accidental head butt in the 5th round...


I wonder if he "LOST" more blood in the actual fight or in the blood test prior to the fight?


so I ask all of you boxing fans....what is the "REAL" reason that Manny lost to Morales in their first fight....

was it because he was unable to use Reyes Gloves?

was is because Morales was just the better fighter that night?

Or

was it because he had to take a Blood Test before the fight?

Manny is a superstitious guy as are all the Filipinos I've met.

It could just be all of the above.

morales had just enough left in this fight to pull it out
and if u recall
morales invited a brutal trade of punches in the last 2 rds especially the 12th
he was visibly shaken but continued to trade and invite punishment
to me
that along with all the tought fights finally took there tole
and like many say
he was never the same after the 1st pac fight

I think he lost because of skills but I also think the gloves is a legit excuse. I wont give him that blood **** though. Even the gloves arent a real excuse because its legal to use either size but he may have hurt EM more with the smaller gloves thus changing the fight. He just wasnt as complete as a fighter as he is now and that was the more likely case

I was thinking about how he was saying he lost because Morales wanted Winning gloves. I remember when he said Cleto Reyes, it sounded like Clitoris.

Anyway, Morales was better on the night IMO.
