He's undefeated and a six weight world champion,
plus he never lost to some old ass Erik Morales, and he doesnt need roids

MOST disappointing image of the week was seeing world welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao squaring up to Ghana's Joshua Clottey ahead of their fight 24 hours after Smith-Dodson in Dallas in March.

After getting all worked up and excited about the possible Floyd Mayweather match-up any other opponent was always going to prove an anti climax for fight fans.

Clottey’s a game kid and exactly what we’ve come to love and expect from Ghana’s conveyor belt of champions. But the fact remains he’ll head to the ring after losing to Miguel Cotto last time out.

The same Cotto who Manny stopped in the 12th round in Vegas in November.

Pacquiao insists the Mayweather fight will go ahead, stating on Thursday: “It will happen. I'm still hoping a fight with Mayweather will be pushed through, maybe by summer time.”

But why wait? Why not make the fight now while both are in shape?

For the simple reason that Pacquiao and his trainer Freddie Roach are no fools. They know the night Manny steps into the ring with Mayweather the gravy train comes off the tracks and there will be nowhere for Pacman left to go.

Sure fighting Clottey makes business sense, but to us fight fans it makes absolutely no sense at all.

Manny, to be the best you’ve got to beat the best and that’s why ‘Pretty Boy’ Floyd Mayweather remains the pound-for-pound world number one.

Manny did not duck Floyd he ducked a random drug test cause he knows he`s on something.

And i find it funny that Floyd gets far more support in the UK press then the U.S press and Floyd knocked out Hatton whose from the U.K.

That's because us limeys know a good boxer when we see one, plus he has a brash personality which entertains us.

The real reason Manny won't fight Floyd, now, is because according to Arum, taking blood after the fight in the dressing room is unsanitary and the nurses won't be able to find the vein on Manny's arm because it happened to him (Arum) before.

I think this excuse might sound a little better than the others.

              Funny,
              biased ******ed article.

Pacquiao is a duck....COOL.Pretty much fair and true.

I thought they were fightin until Floyd did ask some tests.UNUSUAL TESTS.

But Manny disagreed wich is suspect as well. Both are to blame.

Any unbiased person will blame both because both are playin a role in the cancellation of the fight.

He don't want to fight a lightweight without random tests.I smell vagina as well.Sorry.

Dumping Clottey now and fighting Mosley would make better business sense.

                1. Majority of the fans thinks that Mosley is the better challenge hence more people willing to watch and pay PPV.
                2. It will leave Mayweather without a dance partner.
                3. It also leaves Mayweather inactive for the rest of the year
                4. Once Manny wins against Mosley he will have the uppe hand in future negotiations
                5. Chance to Defends, earn another belt, and solidifies his position as the best in WW

Problem is Arum wants to keep the fights in-house. Easier money to be made.

Manny is afraid to fight Floyd because he's scare that Floyd might come in as a gaydiator being carry by muscle men again.

Manny vs Mosley now would make more business sense.

Fair play between a former known steroid user vs an accused user, it all boils down to skills be the deciding factor in this match.
