People say Mosley is a tougher matchup for Floyd, how so?

imo pac is a tougher fight for floyd but thats not to say that shane is a walkover for floyd.

ssm is a big guy, he is as strong, quick and powerful as anyone else at WW and has a great chin. but he's also too much of a warrior for his own good, he likes to get in there and throw power shots.

id like to see ssm go in there and use his jab, his feinting and his combinations. ssm needs to follow the advice from brother ****m to the letter because otherwise floyd will frustrate him.

Because Pac is smaller.Mosley is bigger then Floyd, Stronger then Floyd and has a smart trainer who trains Hopkins and worked with Hopkins former trainer for along time.

first of mosley is just a better fighter than pac. not saying pac isnt great, but mosley is greater.

pac never dealt with boxers, mosley seen it all. only thing pac has is his southpaw stance which would bother floyd. but the superior ring smarts of mosley give him an edge. he was a smart fighter early in his career then he started just trying to overpower guys for some reason, now with naseem hes back to were he needs to be to take on anyone. pac only takes on straight forward, flat footed guys.

Lets be clear about one thing Pacquiao is not and has never been a great technical boxer. He outclasses opponents with superior speed and power. When faced with a pure boxer like JMM he looked horrible. So bad that most people thought Marquez either won or it was a draw both fights. SSM isn't as fast as Mayweather but he's almost as good a boxer with better strength and chin. SSM in my opinion is better equipped because you have to box smart to beat Mayweather. Pacquiao doesn't have that right now.

So Pac looked horrible so bad that most people thought either JMM won a close fight or had it a draw... Pac fought a HOF fighter and was so horrible that he fought on even terms with a HOF fighter even though Pac was so horrible...
