Forget what White said I still want to see proof that the fight is actually on...

Their fans are getting sick and tired of the constant trash that ufc the gives them.Mediocre cards and mismatches get to be annoying after a while.

The whole appeal of MMGAY was that a fight could end at any moment, but people know what to expect now.

MMGAY fighters have glass jaws and no heart and the fans know that if a fight last's more than twenty seconds standing up then it's going to lead to an early knockout.

I think you're just being subjective towards the UFC. I don't think you speak for every UFC or MMA fan to say "fans are tired of constant trash" because UFC 102 (not a very attractive card) was damn near sold out.

The thing about the UFC or MMA as a sport as a whole is (not counting K-1 of course) that the idea of a mixed martial arts sport is a good idea in theory, but the fighter's themselves lack the skill to create a certain standard of martial arts skill that SHOULD exist in this genre of fighting sport.

I'm speaking strictly from the perspective of seeking TRUE martial arts skill of course. Because as a sport, yes it IS doing really well. They're doing a great job promoting it and hyping everything up.

But in terms of skill, the idea was flawed from the beginning. You can't have a REAL *mixed* martial arts *SPORT*, you can't. The term "mixed martial arts" or it's slang term in the real martial arts world as "street fighting" (and no, not those typical street fights you see on youtube or gay Kimbo Slice) being used in the same phrase with the word "sport" is practically an oxymoron.

Being a sport requires certain rules and regulations that gear towards the athlete's safety. Any limitation will ultimately reduce dozens of martial arts' full potential and the full logic of some will be destroyed as a whole to the point of absolute ineffectiveness since some moves rely on an entire blueprint of other moves being possible to be executable in a real fight scenario.

The only true MMA in the world is underground MMA. I won't get into that but my point is, even the UFC or MMA as a sport, is fine despite what I just explained.

So it's not the sport of MMA that lacks skill even despite what I explained, it's the current existing fighters that do.

I'm willing to bet any amount of money that any UFC fighter (Silva, Liddel, prime Gracie, Shamrock, etc etc.) or PFC (Fedor, etc.) would last an average of 8-25 seconds in a real street fight against a TRUE DISCIPLINED martial artist that has been battle tested.

And by true martial artists I mean the underground battle-tested ones, not the **** in their dojos with their colored belts and degree ranking titles (7th dan, 8th dan, 4th degree blackbelt, 2nd degree blackbelt, etc.) who've never been to a REAL fight to the death. You can have a master rank in six martial arts for all I care but if you haven't reached that level THROUGH REAL FIGHTS, you would get crushed.

And UFC fighters would get crushed.

Boxers would too but hey, at least boxing is sticking to it's point, boxing. UFC claims to be "usable in street fights". Many of the restrictions in the UFC allow certain attacks and grappling/submissions to be executed ONLY because of those restrictions, where in a street fight would otherwise be useless due to the freedom of other allowed tactics. So the UFC and those fighters are fooling themselves if they consider themselves anywhere near being the best fighters in the world.

And boxers do better at what they do than how UFC fighters do at what they do. This case cannot be disagreed, if anyone does, you are blind and don't know **** about fighting. And it's not like I'm biased towards boxing either, I am a martial artist by default before I am a boxer. Real MMA > UFC/sports-MMA and Boxers > UFC fighters in terms of how good they do at what they do.

The crappy excuse of "UFC fighters have a lot more to master than boxers that's why their punches aren't as good as boxers" is bull****. I do both martial arts and boxing for years and years now since I was young, and that is bull****.

And even if UFC fighters in the future DO reach that truly skilled martial arts skill that SHOULD exist for the sport, what I explained in the first half of this post becomes effective and that means they're still **** as real fighters in real fights in the first place.

So now this puts us back to the typical anti-UFC phrase.

Who the **** wants to see two twinks swing at each other and roll on the floor with their nuts on each other's face?

See folks. This is what irrelevance looks like.

Tell me when you've been in a fight and no, e-fights don't count.
