I knew El'olimpico would get the victory, his conditioning was up to par in preparation for this fight. Calderon next!?!

            The Calderón curse...

This is the third time Calderón has set up to unify his title with another champ but just like with Viloria, the other title holder had to make a mandatory defense & lost..It seems to be that there's some kind of curse in setting up a unification bout with Calderón before they fight their mandatory...The last time this happened to Calderón it was with Colombian Canchila, but before fighting with Calderón Canchila had a rematch set up with Mexican Giovanni Segura(who Canchila had already beaten)& Canchila lost by KO & for some reason a fight could not be done between Calderón & Segura(most likely because of the useless Rivera bros which co-sponsor & control Calderón's career & they are very hard to deal with)Let's see what heppens now with Calderón & Tamara...

I sure hope he's ok. Collapsing in the dressing room is no joke.

Nice catch. It seems that the writer mistook Esquer for Omar Andres Narvaez
