It's not the size of the screen it's how close you are to it. Hold an ipod two inch from your eye and the screen looks ****ing massive.

I've been to a championship fight at Chase Ballpark.. and the fighters were so small from where I was sitting, there were no commentators just people chattering all around me. I really couldnt see the fight well just the big movements and replays on the screen. So yeah I can see how a bigger screen would help. And i'd want to be there more if it was a huge fight like mayweather vs hatton.

But the best fights i've seen were in my gym and in school basketball gyms where you can see everything up close and hear the punches landing and really almost be there in the ring.

I also like TV because you can see and hear whats going on in the corners. And yes I am cheap and don't go out as much as I should

Also a little bit bitter because I have little knowledge about sports like basketball, football, etc. so whenever it comes up I don't know what to say.

i think people get excited about the dumbess most unimportant things..

did you know scientists can see back 3 seconds into time and all they can see is plasma?? thats the kind of **** people should be wondering about, not how big a screen is at a stadium. thats the equivalent of drooling over chrome rims on a '91 honda accord

im just bitter because boxing is the only sport i watch
are you're worried about what other people get excited about. there's also something called "the atmosphere" of the fight. it's gonna be crazy.
