    Just watched Tomasz Adamek spar...

And let me tell you, he is huge. The size difference from when he was a cruiserweight is ridiculous. I'd estimate he was about 225 today. But surprisingly, he's completely shredded without an ounce of fat.

He boxed eight rounds today with Travis Kauffman and Dayton Wheeler, both who were overweight and out of shape. Still, Adamek was in prime shape and showed good movement and combination punching. He hasn't lost a step in speed.

    His calves are enormous.

I will be back there next week to watch his final sparring sessions so I'll let you know how that looks as well.

Seems like an entirely different man. Looks like he's taking this move to the heavyweights seriously. Hopefully he'll do some damage there because he is definitely one of the most interesting fighters in the heavyweight division at the moment. Adamek's fights rarely disappoint.

I thought he looked a little blown up vs Golota, but he looks ****in big now man, like a kid who has just had a growth spurt or something!

He has obviously got a good strength and conditioning coach.

                i really like Adamek

but his frame isnt built for the Klitschkos... he doesnt have a long enough reach to get at them

but him vs the Tier II HWs is great IMO

I heard Kauffman did better the time before, doing six rounds but he was fatigued from lifting weights the day before. He landed some good shots on Adamek but could only do three rounds.

Kauffman just started working out this week.
