Oh boy, here we go again. The wraps were not illegal like say margarito. There was no illegal substance in the wraps. The way they were wrapping his hands wasn't allowed in the state they fought. It's considered fine in many places. If it was so bad why was Tito never suspended or fined like any boxer that's caught cheating? Trinidad gave Vargas and old fashioned ass wooping. As for low blows; it's part of boxing. Low blows and head butts happen in practically every fight. I hate when people use the excuse as to why their fighter lost. Get over it.
