Its both pac and floyd's fault..

it doesnt matter if 24 days or 14 days.. its not random anyway coz they know the time frame.. 14 days will still be a lot of time to use PED's and clean it out.. floyd's trying to act like he's the draw and pac couldn't bear the mind games and being immature.. they want to piss each other and went too far which blew off the fight

If team Maywether and GBP didn't accuse Pac of steroids and Floyd didn't insult the Philippine athletes by saying they use the best PEDs in the Philippines and the OST is standard then Pac will be willing to do random blood test.

Floyd insulted Pac and his country, no way he will reward Floyd a big payday. This is the real reason Pac refused to take the tests.

According to the expert Tygart. You can still get away even if you only have 1 day before testing. What does that tell you?

If Pac is really roiding he'll accept even just 5, 4 , 3 or 2 days before the fight actually it doesnt matter as long as you know when you are being tested. SO why pac rejected 14 days even if its enough to not get caught???????

Because he just dont want to do what Floyd wants. It has nothing to do with roiding coz he's not doing it.

Very simple logic even non programmer/analyst should understand it.
