Could Floyd Mayweather Ko Margarito?

Floyd would never knock out Margarito. There are 2 reasons. 1) Floyd doesnt hit hard. 2) Floyd would be too afraid to go for the KO even if he had the chance. Hell,Floyd could've knocked out lil ass Marquez but refused to go for it.

There was no need to KO Marquez. It's not a tournament where you get more points for a knock out and it's not like they were close on the score cards.

In the same situation I wouldn't go for the knock out either. I wouldn't have been impressed with Mayweather knocking Marquez either.

Only if he completely changed his style back to his 130-135 days(even still would be difficult)...which would benefit Margarito...and Floyd aint doing that

Why do people keep trying to convince themselves Floyd can KO these top welterweights? It took Shane Mosley, arguably the hardest hitter at welterweight, 9 rounds of domination to KO Margarito. Margarito would have to be nothing compared to what he was pre-suspension to get KOed by Floyd, and even then it would be incredibly unlikely.

Floyd does not have legit KO power at welterweight. Simple fact.
