Just had to answer this one. Racially speaking, Gamboa is Black, culturally speaking he's Cuban. At the inception of the America's(North, South, and Central) African ****** were delivered to every place we know as a country in the western hemisphere. So, our boy Gamboa, is a black man with a Spanish tongue. Just like Tito Trinidad is...just like Edison Miranda is....just like Miguel Cotto is....just like Teofilo Stevenson was....you get the point I hope.

Most folks in the US of A are ignorant to these historical facts.
