    Vitali is injured guys...

So stop talking about people ducking him right now...

Byrd/Toney is what is needed since they are both able to fight...

Vitali is no more THE HW champ than Byrd or Toney in my opinion...he just has the look and size...

    Not only that -

but just because you see a guy over 175 lbs. on TV for the first time, doesn't mean you need to start a new thread asking how he would do vs. Wlad Klitschko.

Especially because the people posting it think Wlad & Vitali would beat anyone else anyway...

i have always wondered, if after every HW fight the winner calls out VK, why is it he never fights any of those guys. Toney,Bryd,Ruiz,Barrett, or even Brock. but you are right he is hurt and we should focus on the real champ James Lights out Toney.

LOL, what about Wladimir Klitschko vs. random super heroes like The Incredible Hulk or Spider-Man?

He's only had one defense so far. You're making it sound like we had to sit through the Danny Williams vs. Vitali Klitschko trilogy.

I think Vitali is doing a great job of milking the heavyweight championship. Beside's the fact that he is currently recovering from an injury which is an exception he has only defended the belt once in a year against a fighter no one was interested in watching. A real champ should defend their belt at least a minimum of three times a year. I am getting tired of sitting around as a fan of some of these guy's while they do nothing.

then u musta not liked lennox lewis either, after he lsot to rahman he didnt fight for 7 motnhs, then after he won, he didnt fight for another 7 motnhs, then after that he took a year off. vitali has been more active then lennox lewis. he is only 33 he gots a good maybe 4 years left, he's hurt is that a crime or something? give the man a break

I'd have to agree. Even thought I can't stand it but James Toney is the real heavyweight champ right now. Byrd ducked Wladimir so he is automatically disqualified and Brewster will lose to Golota. Vitali has beaten no one reacently to qualify as the real champ. If Vitali beats Rahman I think he will be on top.

i dont see how by beating ruiz, a guy that nobody respected and already lost to another former middleweight, gets toney designated the real champ.... he has no more claim to it than byrd or vk... the 3 of them will have to eventualy fight each other...
