Yea, I have been perscribed them by a doctor for health reason on a couple occasions. They were pills though not injections~

It's not like steroids are shown around in the open being they're illegal to carry around and sold only in small circles with connections in the black market. But if one asks around for some, you're likely to see some of the different forms out there. Many of the prescribed drugs today consist of steroidal compounds too.

I've seen what they can do to someone. I had a friend of mine put on 30 solid pounds with an 8 week cylce of deca 300 and Equipoise... It was frustrating trying to keep up with him on the weights.

yes it is. It's a diarretic that allows fighters to shrink themselves into weight divisions they should not be able to naturally so they can have an unfair size advantage after rehydrating.
