Frank Warren's position in boxing has been altered since Khan signed with Golden Boy. Mitchell is now his best fighter so expected Warren to pick a soft option to keep him busy while looking to make a bid for a world title fight. Previously Warren had been making tougher fights for Mitchell than Khan but now I expect some cautious matchmaking

This will be a really good fight. Mitchell is tough and likes a good fight and has got a lot better under the guidance of Jimmy and Mark Tibbs. Mitchell is a lot more robust than Khan and does not need protecting. Mitchell Katsidis will be a much better fight than Khan Kotelnik and could end up being an epic battle.
