Khan isn't a middleweight and to say so is way off of the mark. At the moment he is a natural 140 pounder and looks strong at the weight. Marquez went 12 with Floyd at 147, and knocked out Casamayor and Diaz at 135. 140 sounds about fair. Plus Marquez has about 15 years experience on Khan and is still an elite fighter.

Khan may not even fight Marquez, as I doubt Marquez would want to risk it with a summer showdown against Hatton in the pipeline. I'm hoping Khan fights Maidana, but Mallignaggi and Marquez are also good fights.

Calzaghe and Kessler both took a long time to step up a few levels. As long as Khan doesn't wait until his 30's he should be given ample time to make a name for himself in America and build the big fights up.

And if he does step up sooner rather than later, i will start to give him props. I refuse to believe he is a natural 140'er he is massive at that weight. And he will prove me right when he inevitably has to move up when he can no longer keep the weight off.

you just want Khan to fight someone twice as big as him so he can loose, your a joke
He lost just fine against an opponent his size. Gheez, Khan fans are getting even worse then fighters fans, do I dare to name them?

Khan walks around at 143-145 pounds because he has a High metabolism. The only way he could make 154 pounds is by doing weight training and well that wouldn't be good for him because it would be unnatural. He will eventually put on more weight as he gets older and matures but at the time being he is fighting at a weight he can make easily, where he feels healthy and strong. I believe when he was fighting at 135 he was apparently according to khan at 3% body fat, now that is very unhealthy because anything lower than that would shut your body down :S He also said he had no strength in his legs and he felt weak. Not to mention when he fought Prescott it was Ramadan thats where ******s fast throughout the day. I wonder if he was fasting, anybody know?

I actually found a paragraph him talking about his body fat:

"Freddie Roach' s camp has not only seen changes in my style but also my physique – before I was going in 2/3% body fat, now I' m 5/6%, I have slimmed my muscle a little bit as well on my back, arms and shoulders. Concentrating on my speed and being a smart and slick fighter. I knew I was coming into the fight on Saturday in the best condition I could be."

well, he did truly get beat for the 1st time in his whole career. Every other loss or draw he could have an argument that he won but he cant even argue that he won a single round against Floyd and even though Floyd didnt go all out on some Pac ****, JMM still took some punishment. I honestly 100% do not know what to expect in this fight. Nothing would surprise me. I will say though if Khan dominates him, that doesnt automatically mean that JMM was shot but it also doesnt mean that he wasnt. I dont mess with all the talk, I just go by what my eyes see. Thats how you can tell what he has left and how legit the win is, no matter how it comes. Thats if Khan wins though
