Admittedly I hadn't seen much of Yuri till he fought Santos, before then I had heard of him, but seemed to be regarded as a kind of joke on here/not taken seriously. I was watching him fight, and I was impressed, he is a very good boxer. More evidence how ****** people are on here. So I watched some more, and he's pretty good. Him vs Cotto would be an excellent fight.

oh ya like Clottey has a huge fan base right. Yuri is ***ish. There are a lot of ***s in the states and they would have paid big bucks to support their man. Ghana aint gonna pay too much for Clottey i will tell u that. Foreman also knows how to speak English and so the 24 7 would have been at least bearable to watch. Have fun reading the subtitles. i have seen yuri fight live on more then 3 occasions and his style has almost put me to sleep all three times he didnt impress me at all but in the fight against santos he put on his best performance ever im just not sure how good he really is yet

PPL grossly underrated Yuri because of his ko% but that is not the only way to win a boxing match.

Clearly Santos did the same not coming into the fight in the best shape and relying on 1 shot to try and get rid of Foreman.

Just because he put you to sleep doesn't mean he isn't good, just means he isn't great to watch.
