From my point of view he just singled out pac..Why not go to the NSAC tell them to impliment this kind of test instead of pac being singled out. It would have been the proper way to do it without floyd looking bad about it. If floyd did that then I would have supported him. Pac already said if the NSAC told him to take the test he will. Not floyd telling him what to do.
