Very interesting fight. I hope the robbery vs. Froch doesn't force Dirrell to become more aggressive because Abraham will knock him out if he uses that game plan.

He shouldn't be more aggressive, but he should not try the ugly technique he did against Froch, because if he tries that much clinching against Abraham he will be destroyed. He has to just dance and have confidence in the punches he is throwing, rather than be scared of what is coming at him. That's what happened in the Froch fight until the end, he seemed so scared of Froch landing.

Abraham is flat footed and Direlles movement and handspeed will make AA look like a sitting duck. I have Direll by WIDE UD.

Dirrell will dominate every round. It will be his coming out party like we had for Ward vs Kessler.

I did a thread about a week ago about the upcoming Super Six fights and I picked The Matrix to beat AA. The Matrix will learn from his past mistakes and he will better prepared and focused for this fight. AA likes his opponent to stand right in front of him and AA blocks those straight shots that he sees coming, then throws bombs. But Direll will not be right in his face, Dirrell will give him alot of movement and speed. AA can crack alot harder than Froch, so Dirrell can not afford to get hit with anything flush or he WILL be in trouble. I'm really looking forward to this fight.

What about it? I watched it the night it happened and had Dirrell by clear decision. He can't fight that ugly against Abraham, he needs to fight more like he did the last three rounds than he did the first 5 or 6.

Dirrell better stay on his feet the whole night. I've seen at least 4 occassions where AA ha not just knocked someone out, but cold clocked the bobblehead into them.

This fight will go 1 of 2 ways, either Dirrell wins a wide but boring UD landing very few shots hitting mostly gloves but will be doing enough to carry rounds because of AA's inactivity or AA lands a monster shot and stretches him late.
