As long as it looks like a regular digital camera with video recording capabilities, you're good. Quality won't be great, but whatever.
If you're bringing a digital video camera than they'll confiscate that as soon as they see it.

Not in Vegas, but you can try it in Dallas, they'll be happy just cause you bought a ticket to the fight. So try it anyway
