This is a good fight. It lends credibility thanks to mosleys size, his win over margarito, and his rating on the p4p list as well as at welter. Floyd would get more credit for beating mosley than he would manny, since manny is another smaller guy whom mayweather has most of the advantages.

I don't expect Shane to beat Mayweather, mostly because I find it hard to imagine Floyd Mayweather losing to a 38 year old guy who hasn't fought in a year.

But it is a big deal if he wins. Shane is a top welterweight and arguably the #3 boxer in the sport at the moment.

Just because Floyd is the favorite and should win doesn't diminish the accomplishment.

Mosley is not the best in the 147lbs division. Williams beat Marg, Wink, Martinez. Cotto beat Quintana, Clottey, Mosley himself. Any of these guys can make a case.
