Mosley lost to Cotto how long ago ?

Mosley only beat Margarito because .....

    1. He was allowed to hold excessively which in turn cut Margarito's workrate down and preserved his own stamina, which would of been tested if he had not been allowed to hold so much.

2 Margarito was tailor made for Mosley's style. The only reason so many picked Margarito was because they assumed Mosley was finished and would not be able to live with the pace, much like Hopkins against Pavlik, however they did not anticipate that Mosley would be allowed to hold so much meaning he did not have to work as hard.

Cotto showed precisely how far gone Mosley's reflexes are when he was nailing Mosley with clean punches and sliding underneath him leaving Mosley looking to pick up counters that were not there because his reflexes could not react quick enough to what Cotto was doing. Mayweather is a better Boxer than Cotto and has much more speed.
    Great ****ing Post

lol. he was rocking floyd from round 1 to round 2 then suddenly he didn't throw any punches anymore after that round, mosley's age made him hold his punches because he was already exhausted.

Even though I predicted (as most of us did) Mayweather by UD, he impressed the **** out of me in doing it. A couple things I saw tonight

        1) Floyd fought like a man. Mosley buckled Floyd badly in the 2nd round and Floyd's corner was obviously concerned. They kept yelling at him to box instead of fight Shane. What did Floyd do the next round? Came right at Shane and beat him up in a fight.

        2) Shane proved that Floyd can be caught and hurt badly early when he is still adjusting to you. Pac has a punchers chance within the first 3 or 4 rounds.

        3) Once Floyd figures you out you are fuuuuuuuuuuucked.

Id also like to add a thank you to Shane for making me jump out of my chair in the 2nd round. I thought he had Floyd for a minute, and if that is as close as I ever get to seeing Floyd lose then at least I got to enjoy it. And Floyd gained a ton of respect from me tonight. I knew he could win a boxing match easily against a 39 year old Mosley, but he stood his ground and beat Shane up in what should have been Shanes style of fight. Oh yeah, and if Floyd isnt p4p #1 then something is wrong with the world.

The fight went just as most as us predicted, Shane didn't have enough left and was rusty. Now it is time for Floyd to step up his game!

This performance was great by Floyd, nobody expected him to come out like that and maintain pressure for the full fight....He threw Mosley and Naazim off by his approach!

i really wanted to see berto vs mosley before floyd vs mosley because it would have showed mosley's level at this stage. floyd impressed the crap out of me by going toe to toe with mosley and being the physically stronger man. But that last part also makes me doubt mosley, because prime mosley wouldnt be anywhere near out matched physically by any WW of this era!!! mosley just plained gas period very early in the fight!

this proves you did not even watch the fight.
Mosley did not land a legitimate shot in round 1.

We get it. you love Manny. However, A true boxing fan loves the sport first! not a particular fighter.

But Margarito beat Cotto and then Mosley beat him, doesnt that make him the #1 WW?

cause Mosley has been stopped 0 times in his career.
