floyd still disrupted the negotiations with his demands. he could have agreed to 24 days and after the fight but he was chicken like pac says. this aint pacs fault but frauds. prove the world that your the best like what pac has done yet he turns it into an opera. floyd dont want none of pac after what pac did to cotto,haton, delahoya. floyd knows pac can beat him, if he though otherwise he would have just fought him with no testing.

.... i would like to say something in fairness to floyd jr. but there's nothing fair in floyd jr. & the golden boy's camps .... i can only sense arrogance par excellence .... so there's no march 13 date for floyd jr. at mgm grand nor has hbo has something to do with floyd jr. on march 13 except that he will shadow box indefinitely .... no shane mosley date as of this writing .... however, speedy gonzales is waiting & waiting & waiting ....

lol, actually he didnt start making up rules, team pacquiao did, but there rules were contradicted by prior statements the Roach made. 1st they wanted mayweather to pay 10million dollars for each pound, or fraction there of he came in overweight. This is after Freddie roach said in numerous interviews that he would simply walk away if mayweather came in overweight. This tells me, that Pac's camp didnt expect mayweather to except that proposal. lol, you wanna talk about a new set of rules. 10 million, how ****ing ridiculous is that. Lets be serious for a second, do you really think bob arum, (who according to mayweather, still owes him money) was going to give mayweather anymore of a say.

Top Rank would choose the ring size, the gloves, the referee and the judges. Everybody and the mother wants to make it seem like mayweather was making all these ridiculous demands, and with the exception of a 50-50 split, the random drug test was the only demand he made.

Do i believe that pacquiao is taking steroids, no i dont. However, pacquiao's trainer made it perfectly clear that he does take some form of supplements. Mosely already proved that the testing system is a joke, and no offense to you so called experts, but i rather believe a guy like Victor Conti and his input to how the testing system can easily be cheated, mosely did it numerous times, he didnt man up and admit it, until he was put in front of a grand jury. Now if a proving steroid user is willing to go through these tests just to claim his innocence and make more money fighting floyd than he would anybody else, (im talking about Shane). Then why would manny be so reluctant to take blood test 14 days before the fight if mayweather is agreeing to do so too. Now a week or 3 days before i agree and most people would also that that is too close to fight night, but 1 party wants up to a month, the other party wants up until fight night, so meeting halfway doesnt seem to be unfair.

Another thing that disturbs me when im reading posts is the fact that people are trying to say that mayweather is trying to bully him. At first Bob arum didnt think the fight can be made because he swore mayweather was going to ask for the lion's share of the pot. So mayweather agreed to 50-50 split, then Pac's camp MADE UP THIS BULL**** AS 10million dollar each pound your overweight, and mayweather agreed to that too. The only demand i heard from mayweather's camp beside refusing to fight at Cowboy stadium was to have random style drug testing. So who's the one with a new set of rules here. Team pacquiao tried to discourage mayweather, but to a smart fan he agreed to every bull**** angle they through at him.

To make matters worse, they had a mediator sit down with both parties for 9 hours to work out an agreement. After talks fell apart, bob arum went on to say that the 24 day cut-off was exceptable for both parties involved except mayweather himself. He even tried to convince us that the mediator agreed that was a fair deal too. The next day the mediator himself came out with a statement saying that team pacquiao was lying about the extent and dialogue of that meeting.

Afterwards, come to findout, mayweather's team had a counter offer for the 24 days that pacquiao team was offering for 14days. Its funny how bob never mentioned this part during the interview. And when the reporter who notified him told them that Team Mayweather said that deal still stands. He refused it anyway. I dont believe Pacquiao is guilty of deliberately cheating, however i think there is a certain amount of time need to flush out whatever supplements he takes out of his system. Many trainers whip up supplement shakes for fighters and few if any of the fighters really knows what in it. Mosley claimed his conditioning coach was the one who recommended the Balco supplements to him. So, its not a far fetched theory to say that the conditioning coach wants good results in order to keep his job. If in fact Pacman's conditioning coach is whipping up a juiced shake then Pacman might be the last to know. All Pacman realizes or cares about is that he's getting good to great results with his trainers program.

And since no one but the conditioning coach really know whats in it - its safe to say that no one wants to risk testing that could produce a FALSE POSITIVE result.

Before many start their **** on the term FALSE POSITIVE - This can happen when tests designed to detect certain combination's of drugs are triggered by an unknown combination. It happens all the time in the lab.

So, Pacman needs to have a heart to heart with his conditioning coach {Who wants to keep his job} to make sure nothing is being put in those shakes that he's not being told about.

I'm more than willing to give Pacman the benefit of doubt - because I've heard some bazaar stories about the crap conditioning coaches do to solidify their job or position, when working for a TOP ATHLETE.
