Before the Bradley fight I would have said Peterson by easy UD. After watching a feather fisted Bradley put Peterson on ***** street I say Khan by brutal KO.

Yeah but it was also the workrate and relentlessness of Bradley. Khan has fast hands, but he doesn't necessarily have the relentless workrate of Bradley. Tim didn't give Lamont a second to even set...

I respectfully disagree man in a sense that i never envisioned Bradley being the retreating counter puncher against Peterson. But if you watch the fight Bradley went backwards and counterpunched while Lamont stumbled all over himself. Peterson almost appeared clueless as to how to cut off the ring. Peterson was so used to standing in the middle of the ring and countering that Bradley took him out of his comfprt zone and made him chase by getting up on the cards early. it was really a masterful game plan by Bradley and and a terrible job of adjusting by peterson and his trainer.

yes, Lamont would be the best opponent Amir has faced so far. but Amir would still beat him pretty convincingly. Like Timmeh, Amir's workrate is also very high. On top of that Amir has faster hands and better overall boxing skills.

For a moment there I thought this was a joke thread about Lamon Brewster facing Amir Khan...

Yeah but IMO it WAS Bradleys workrate that gave Lamont hell. Lamont wants to box you and set his own pace, and Bradley wasn't going to let him fight at his pace.

I'd say Khan by decision or maybe by knockout, Peterson was so open to the right hand over the top against Bradley, Bradley almost couldn't miss with that punch, Khan is faster and arguably a bigger puncher and he employs more movement than Bradley, he would be less likely to stay inside and let Peterson **** away at his body.

Khan has a high workrate as well, if I'm not mistaken he kept a high workrate against Kotelnik for all 12 rounds and didn't look gassed at all.

Peterson will never reach his full potential as long as he stay with that BS trainer. That dude has Peterson trying to walk fighters down in a "Mexican style" of fighting with a little more defense than most. That is not what is best for Peterson. That dude is a boxer plain and simple. With a switch in trainers and 2 fights with a good trainer who gets him right I would pick Peterson over Khan. But as of right now Khan all day.
