course mayweather wanted the fight. he didnt want to fight against someone whos possibly on peds. after all the drama and lies caused by team pacquiao we see it was the right choice to accuse them cuz theyre ***in su****ious.

Of course Mosley has to take the tests. He openly admitted to taking steroids before his DLH fight. And therefore he has no moral grounds to refuse such a test.

Whereas Pac needs to take the tests only to give in totally to Floyd's demands, which he doesn't have to. Floyd is not the commission. But Pac was still willing to compromise up to a point, but that wasn't enough for both sides. And some people will use that against him, even without any proof.

But with all the blind accusations, no one in the world can even name a drug or illegal substance to associate with Pac.
