I see Mayweather winning the fight, 9 rounds to 3. I think Mayweather is too fast and too great defensevly for mosley to connect many punchers. Shane has the tendancy to throw many wild right hands during the early rounds,if he does that against Floyd, Mosley is going to be on the canvas.

Back then he was fast, but now? It's just cuz he throws a lot of punches in combinations at a decent speed that it looks faster than it really is. For actual speed, one must look at the actual travel distance covered by the fist and the time it took for it to. For example, Roy Jones Jr. in his prime was truly, TRULY, fast.

And actually, Floyd's raw handspeed is a level above Mosley. And Floyd is more quick than he is fast, so that helps out too. Quickness and speed are two different things, at least the way my friends and I look at it.

Quickness is how fast the fighter reacts or executes the punch. Speed is the actual time over distance traveled by the fist. And Floyd is a tad bit quicker than Mosley, as well as a notch faster in handspeed than Mosley.

But nobody touches prime Roy Jones Jr. speed. Forget his quickness, his raw handspeed was godly.
