stfu with this BS. mayweather and pac are both to blame for this fight not happening.

Clottey is a good enough opponent for Pac and a win over him WILL improve pac's all-time ranking mostly because pac is fighting way above his natural weight class and Clottey is a top 5 WW. That would give Pac a better resume at WW than Mayweather has.
