Here are the greatest fighters pound for pound per decade since 1900:

Cassius Clay/Ali 1960s
Roberto Duran 1970s
Sugar Ray Leonard 1980s

Manny Pacquiao 2000s

Unfortunately, many all time great p4pers have been overshadowed by the names above. For instance, Archie Moore and Willie Pep fought when Robinson was on top in the 1950s. Jack Johnson fought in the 1910s. Hagler in the 1980s. Mayweather fought in the first decade of the 21st century.

Having said this, how would you rank the decade pound for pound champs relative to each other without mentioning the guys who are all time greats but who just unfortunately got overshadowed during their eras.

The guys in the 20s 30s 40s there is so little footage ,i cant debate them 100 percent Henry Armstrongs up there so is Ray Leonard Joe louis Sugar Ray Robinson and many others to hard to pick 1.
