Clottey's slow movement is whats going to hurt him in the end. Sure, hes got a great chin but when your going to be bombarded with shots every round, eventually its going to take its toll. It wouldn't surprise me if Pacman was able to knock him out at some point.

better hope he's running sprints like his life depends on it.

      wait, maybe it does.
      no seriously,
better hope he improves his foot speed

And YOU realize that if Pacquiao begins today (19th) he has approx. 47 days of training to prepare for the fight on the 13th of March. This is taking into account minimal to no training the week of the fight.

That's just over a month and a half. Hardly 3 months.

Even then, though. With approx. six weeks of training, that might be enough to prepare for Clottey. No way it would have been enough to prepare for Mayweather.
A fight like that would require 8 - 10 weeks at least to allow for a good study of methods of attack and strategy.

          Clottey will win

I'm picking Clottey to win. I don't think Pacquiao's speed will be a huge edge. He'll have to sit down on those punches and that will allow clottey opportunities. Clottey very good at timing & I'm very impressed that he has recognized his biggest flaw of not punching back after he's attacked. Clottey is big, strong, medium speed, great body puncher, solid chin, solid defense, excellent stamina, & a good jab Clottey by 11th rd TKO.

Good luck with that prediction.. Clotteys a tough dude but I dont see anything in his game that would by bothersome to Pac. Sure Clotteys Pacs punch, but Pac isnt that type of fighter to just stand in front of you. I got Pac taking this one and hopefully by KO or TKO to once again $#!T on Mayweathers resume...

When Pac beats Clottey.. Thats Cotto and Clottey that Pac beat and Floyd never wanted to get in the ring with.. Now Pacquiao doesnt need to fight Floyd unless Floyd STEPS HIS GAME UP..

Just for fun... Anyone has an idea who Clottey should use in sparring who could emulate to the best Pacman ? He's one of a kind...

Clottey is a classy guy. Good luck finding a sparring partner, maybe he can get Judah or Frankie Figueroa.

whats key is what Brother ****m said, which is dont treat pac like hes some little guy, because hes not. so long as he keeps that mentality, hell have a shot at having the right gameplan, which is what cottos team foolishly didint anticipate.
