yes, call me full of ****, but this is how i honestly see things would fan out:

as protective as mayweather is to avoid having a loss, he wouldn't dare fight a guy as dangerous as mosley..... pacman and mosley, depending on how you side and look at their skills, strengths and weaknesses, and who's who in boxing ww division.... they are arguably the no. 1 and 2 in that talent laden division.

scenario 1: contract won't get signed at all....

... though gbp will make it look like that there is an existing great effort to make the fight happen, with mosley giving way to all the mayweathers demands, floyd will never let go of his previous arguments that there is no money, and it is not worth fightin mosley. He will try to convince the public and say fightin hatton will be more competitive fight because he's a lot younger will generate more income and ppv as it will look like a fight between 2 superpower nations. .... etcetera, etcetera......

scenario 2. contract will get signed.....

... but he will find a way to wiggle himself out of the fight somehow by a form of injury, that will postpone the fight, once, twice until mosley would just completely give up on him.....

these are just theories, ****** as it sounds ....
