Why would Pacquiao agree to something that never happened in the sport of boxing? Mayweather is not the commissioner of boxing. You have egos. Many baseball and football players never tested positive for over 10-12 years, and then finally got caught doing it. Mosley never tested positive for a fight, but was proven to be taking PEDs in court and called out by Victor Conte. Many other boxers who are now retired have admitted in interviews for using PEDs during their pro boxing careers but never got caught.

So I guess Pac is 100% clean because he's never been tested positive right? Not saying he's using any, but to put down people for speculating it is ******ed. And to put down the move Mayweather camp made of issuing random testing that, whether this was his intent or not, MAY set a good example for the future of boxing, and this part you can't disagree with or you're an idiot.
