You can't put it all on Pac too.

Floyd said he wanted to fight, but contradicted himself and made it harder to get the fight signed when he asked for testing.

      I blame both.

      Just stating the precedent.

I honestly do not see this fight being made, but I am looking forward to it if it does get made. I hope that they fight. But hopefully they will not fight on March 13, as that is the day Pac is fighting, and I do not want to miss either fight, or be forced to choose between the two.

I don't understand how people say it wont happen.

not a surprise at all. they have been wanting to fight each other. I'm a fan of both of these guys, but I think May wins a UD.

WTF? All Pacquiao had to do was agree to the tests and the fight would have been signed. Mosley has no problems with the tests so this fight is as good as signed.

How can anyone blame Floyd for that situation is beyond me. Mayweather wanted a fair fight and Pacquiao gave a bunch of weak excuses to not do them.

he TRIED to make the Pac fight happen.....the dude Manny wouldn't agree to the type of testing that would assure that BOTH fighters were clean and NOT cheating.....it was Manny who refused......but thats old news......Floyd needs a good legitimate opponent....someone who can ACTUALLY win the fight.......Shane fits the script better than Manny IMO!!......how will Manny look after Shane agrees to those SAME tests?!?......suspect, thats how......even more suspect than now!!

Yes he did say the same thing...BUT Manny didnt want the random blood test..

Shane has no problems with the test

                      this fight will happen
